The house is located directly on the beach "Punta Dels Moulins" approx. 7 km from Denia town center. In the immediate vicinity you will find German - speaking doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants, bars, cafeterias, shops and a bus stop. Denia is a city on the east coast of Spain. It is located between Alicante and Valencia in the north of the Costa Blanca. Tourists appreciate the 20 km long sandy beach, which turns into rocky and stony coast at the level of the Las Rotas district. For hikers, the Montgo nature reserve, named after Denias' local mountain of the same name with a height of 753 m, is a typical layered mountain that rises lonely into the sky and ends in Cabo de San Antonio. Marquesa, for example, is a very popular residential area on the Montgo.

Denia is connected via the AP 7 Salida 62 motorway to the two airports Alicante and Valencia with a journey time of approx. 1 hour, as well as the national road N-332. Ferries run from Denia to the Balearic Islands of Ibiza and Mallorca. The current ferry companies are Balearia and Iscomar. The FGH (railway company) line L9 connects Denia with Alicante.
