It lies between Alicante and Valencia in the north of the Costa Blanca. Tourists appreciate the 20 km long sandy beach, which transitions into a rocky coastline near the Las Rotas district. Hikers will enjoy the Montgó Natural Park, named after Denia's local mountain, which rises to 753 m. This typical layered mountain stands alone, culminating at Cabo de San Antonio.

Denia is connected via the AP 7 Salida 62 (608) to the two airports Alicante and Valencia with a journey time of approx. 1 hour, as well as the national road N-332.
